Rich In Whose Eyes?

The thought of being “sold out” for Jesus was too much for the rich young ruler to comprehend. We tend to see things the same way. Rather than walking in complete surrender to Jesus, we often withhold things we hold near and dear. We are afraid of the cost and that God will demand too much.
